This Child Safety Standards notice describes how ZevoHub (the App), distributed on Google Play for Android, approaches child safety reporting and prohibited conduct. It complements our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Account deletion information.
Zero tolerance. We prohibit any conduct involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users must not create, solicit, distribute, transmit, possess, or attempt to obtain CSAM or facilitate CSAE through the App or related services.
This prohibition applies regardless of how content is labelled or disguised. Vague age disclaimers do not replace this requirement.
The App is directed to adults who confirm they are 18 years of age or older at first launch. Beyond that confirmation, we do not operate an ongoing technical age verification workflow.
Registration, login, and in-app purchases (via Google Play Billing where offered) are available only to eligible adults. These capabilities must not be used by minors.
Registration, sign-in, and Google Play in-app purchases are not offered to minors. If we reasonably identify that a minor has accessed registration, login, or monetised features contrary to these rules, we may immediately suspend or terminate the relevant activity and delete associated personal data where permitted by law.
If you become aware of content or behaviour in or around the App that may involve CSAE or CSAM— including suspected misuse of registration, login, chat features, voice features, or Google Play purchases— report it promptly using the official channel below. Include timestamps, handles, or conversation identifiers where helpful, without forwarding suspected illegal imagery.
Primary reporting channel: info@jiaguancommerce.com
We treat safety reports seriously and may preserve minimal information necessary to investigate and cooperate with law enforcement.
