These Terms govern your use of ZevoHub on Android via Google Play.
This App has registration and login features. After you complete registration and login and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice, you may use the full functionality of the App, including Google Play in-app purchases where enabled for your installed build.
You must be 18 years of age or older. Registration, login, and in‑app purchases are not available to minors.
You agree to provide accurate registration details where requested and to safeguard credentials. You remain responsible for activity conducted through your account unless we agree otherwise after verified compromise reporting.
We may enforce reasonable username / profile rules where displayed in‑product (for example prohibiting impersonation, hate symbols, or unlawful solicitations).
If we reasonably suspect violations—including CSAE/CSAM risk, fraud, abuse of refunds, circumvention of security controls, or breach of these Terms—we may suspend or terminate accounts or restrict features consistent with Google Play policies and applicable law.
Account deletion follows our Privacy Policy and account deletion page; cancelling an account does not erase historical Google Play billing records held by Google.
Where digital goods or features are offered, purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment instruments are handled by Google and subject to Google Play payment rules.
Purchase types are limited to the options displayed in Google Play checkout for your installed build, such as one-time digital goods, timed entitlements, virtual items, or subscriptions when Google Play labels the item as a subscription. Pricing, currencies, taxes, and catalogue composition appear at checkout and may vary by region.
Refunds. Refund eligibility follows Google Play refund policies for the relevant purchase type and jurisdiction.
Subscriptions. When an item is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, renewal terms will be shown before purchase inside Google Play. You can typically manage or cancel renewal through your Google Play account subscriptions settings.
Virtual goods. Purchases generally grant a limited licence to use digital content within the App during the entitlement window communicated at purchase, not outright ownership of intellectual property.

The App, branding assets, and underlying software remain owned by the publisher or licensors. Except for licences expressly granted by Google Play installation rules or small incidental copying necessary to operate the App, you receive no ownership rights.
The App is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not disclaim liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under governing law.
We may suspend or discontinue features where necessary for legal compliance, security, or abuse mitigation. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Android device.
We may update these Terms or companion policies. Material changes will be surfaced through reasonable channels such as an updated acceptance prompt inside the App or refreshed listings.
Unless you have a separate written agreement with us, disputes are assessed under applicable consumer protection and commercial laws tied to the publisher contact details shown above and Google Play programme requirements.
